How the Story Began
The world is set up for sighted people in ways that don’t always work well for someone who is blind or has low vision. There’s a gap if imagery isn’t described and that can be a real challenge when you’re on holiday in a new environment and a new experience.
Motivated by Henry's frustrations, Hailey interviewed people from various backgrounds. She discovered that the issue was widespread—an obstacle faced by many. This realisation inspired her to create Vacayit.
A travel guide that captures all our senses and emotions, ensuring that everyone, can fully engage and enjoy their travel adventures.
