Introducing the Bundaberg Region’s Café Culture
Prepare your forks for a unique paddock-to-plate experience. The year-round seasonality makes for ever-changing local menus and creative dishes, as chefs aim to showcase the best and freshest the region has to offer.
As local farmers hand-deliver freshly picked produce to the kitchens of the region, take your time to sit back and enjoy some of our favourite local cafes and eateries. From beachside alfresco cafes that will have you relaxing to the sound of waves gently lapping the shore. To gourmet riverside restaurants and aromatic coffee shops that will draw you in with the smell of freshly ground coffee beans. There’s plenty of places for you to pull up a seat and feast on the local flavours.
As the largest producing region for macadamia nuts and sweet potato crops, and with a tasty offering of locally grown, farm fresh tomatoes, capsicums, chillies, lychees, strawberries and more, you’re sure to taste the freshness on the tip of your tongue with every nourishing bite.
