About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented General Manager (GM) to join our team and lead our company's next phase of growth. As the GM, you will play a pivotal role in all aspects of our business, from overseeing day-to-day operations and strategic planning to managing finances and building a high-performing team.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role, with a strong preference for experience in either a startup environment or in the tourism industry.
Proven track record of success in driving business growth and profitability within a startup environment.
Deep understanding of the tourism industry landscape, current trends, and the challenges and opportunities presented by technology.
Excellent financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control, particularly in a resource-conscious startup environment.
Exceptional leadership skills with a proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, motivate, inspire, and build a high-performing team from the ground up.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Passion for innovation, a willingness to embrace calculated risks, and a commitment to building a successful company culture.
