Potters Restaurant and Bar

Our Potters Restaurant and Bar serves delicious modern Australian cuisine in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere.

Follow the pebbled pathway off Margaret Street, or head down the corridor from your hotel room towards reception to enter the spacious dining room. The restaurant has a modern, no-fuss feel, with contemporary black décor, wooden flooring and large glass doors and windows that bathe the area in natural light during morning service. Sliding glass doors lead to an outdoor patio area, where bar-style seating matches the indoor décor, seamlessly blending indoor and alfresco dining options.

Our a la carte breakfast menu includes your classic favourites, incorporating locally sourced ingredients and fresh seasonal flavours. We are open for breakfast from Tuesdays to Saturdays from 6:30 to 9:00am.

Dinner service invites you to experience a seasonally-changing menu of tantalising dishes, such as Crispy Skin Atlantic Salmon, Slow Oven Cooked Pork Ribs, Coconut Battered Prawns and a selection of soul-warming fresh pasta dishes. We also serve delectable desserts, fine wines, cold beers, and a selection of cocktails for your enjoyment. Dinner is served Mondays to Fridays from 5:00 to 8:00pm.

We love extending a warm welcome to all guests, and are often complimented on our outstanding service. Room service is also available during opening hours by pre-ordering at the restaurant or dialling extension 321.

Our onsite restaurant and bar area also caters for small functions, special celebrations and corporate meetings. This modern, light-filled space can be set up in a range of seating configurations to meet your needs, including classroom, U-shaped and boardroom setup. Amenities Rooms

Want to keep things clean or heat up a meal? We’ve got you covered. Your stay includes complimentary use of our amenities rooms located on each level.

These convenient communal-use areas include washers, dryers and laundry powder, as well as access to a microwave. The upstairs amenities room includes two washers and two dryers, while the downstairs room includes one of each.

Families tend to find these amenities particularly helpful, as do those who like to travel light, eat on a budget or enjoy a snack between meals.

Accessibility – Facilities

Potters Restaurant and Bar is located within our boutique styled hotel in the heart of the Toowoomba CBD at 258 Margaret Street. For those arriving by car who aren’t in-house guests, a drop-off area is available in our driveway, or street parking is available directly in front of our hotel and restaurant in Margaret Street. There is a bus stop across the road on Margaret Street at Clifford Street, and local bus services 905 and 907 both can stop here. The restaurant and all common areas within the hotel are considered wheelchair accessible, with relatively wide doorways and predominantly level surfaces. Unisex accessible toilets are located in the corridor outside the restaurant and bar area for your convenience.

Our onsite restaurant can cater for a range of dietary requirements on request. Please make your needs known to our wait staff, who will endeavour to accommodate where possible.

Registered service dogs and small pets are welcome at our property. A grassy area suitable for their toileting is available out the front of the hotel. Larger print menus are available at the onsite restaurant. Larger print menus are available, and our friendly wait staff are more than happy to explain your menu options if this is preferrable.
