    Cabins, Glamping and Camping

Halls Gap Lakeside Tourist Park offers a variety of accommodation set amidst beautifully landscaped gardens and the breathtaking backdrop of Grampians National Park.

An assortment of cabins are dotted throughout the peaceful grounds. Snuggle up with a loved one in a cosy couples’ cabin, thoughtfully designed with privacy in mind. Or bring your family and friends and make yourself at home in one of the modern 2-, 3- and 4-bedroom self-contained cabins, complete with kitchens, barbecues, outdoor settings, and Sealy mattresses for the ultimate nights’ sleep. The contemporary cabins feature Scandinavian-inspired interiors, including white walls, wood grain Laminex floors, local artworks, and plenty of natural light.

For those looking to spend quality time with a larger group or extended family, there’s a spacious house accommodating up to 14 guests, with four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and an open fireplace.

If you love the immersive experience of camping, but don’t relish the hassle of pitching a tent, then our suite of glamping options may be the perfect solution. Couples seeking to reconnect with nature and each other will love the individually themed Bell Tents, set close to bushland in an adults-only retreat at the far end of the property. Nearby, a quaint vintage caravan and comfortable sleeping pod accommodating two offer no-fuss comfort for those who prefer to keep it simple, with use of communal kitchen and bathroom facilities. Bellfield and Pinnacle Safari Tents accommodate up to four guests, creating a fun space for outdoor adventures for couples and small families. Other Safari Tents occupy a prime position, overlooking the National Park and majestic mountain ranges. They comfortably accommodate up to five guests and feature the convenience of a private bathroom and basic kitchen facilities.

There’s also a selection of powered and unpowered sites available, boasting stunning views and access to the park’s excellent amenities.

    Fabulous Facilities

Step inside the cute reception area at the entrance of the property and experience the warm welcome of friendly and helpful staff, ready to make your stay truly memorable. The adjoining quirky little gift shop sells a thoughtfully sourced range of local products for purchase, including hand-poured candles, bright and beautiful earrings, and local wines – the perfect accompaniment to relaxed, campfire conversations. This is also the place to source your morning caffeine fix, with delicious, barista-made coffee available for purchase between 8 and 11am daily.

Once you’ve checked in, follow a series of roadways (aptly named after local native wildlife) to your cabin or campsite, set against the breathtaking backdrop of the surrounding mountains. Enjoy the quiet company of kangaroos and emus, or the symphony of birdsong that echoes across the valley floor.

If your muscles are tired from adventures in nature, take a rejuvenating dip in our unique, woodfire-heated swimming pool. Warmed to a steamy 33 degrees, the pool proves popular all year round! Children will love burning off energy in the centrally located park playground, while parents will appreciate the evening peace and quiet as the kids fall peacefully asleep after a busy day of outdoor adventures.

Campers are well catered for with a host of convenient amenities including a highly functional camp kitchen, outdoor barbecues on the deck, and a comfy communal camp lounge perfect for happy hour drinks. A well-equipped laundry helps you keep things clean, and recently renovated amenities blocks include shared and private bathrooms options.

In the evenings, gather with fellow guests by the communal fireplace, to warm your body and soul with the joy of travel tales shared by the dancing flames of a crackling log fire.
