Peppers Salt Resort and Spa is nestled in Salt Village, a relaxed seaside community just down the road from Kingscliff on the northern coast of New South Wales. It’s conveniently located approximately 20 minutes’ drive south from the Gold Coast’s Coolangatta Airport, or 90 minutes’ drive from the centre of the Queensland capital city of Brisbane. While there is no public transport available to the resort, the nearby Coolangatta Airport offers a range of convenient options for getting to the area, including shuttles, car hire, taxis and ride share services. We recommend Tweed Coast and Country Car Hire as our preferred transfer operator. Our resort incorporates a range of accessible features to ensure all guests feel welcome during their stay with us. Our entryways and corridors are wheelchair accessible, with door widths of at least 81 centimetres. Accessible parking spaces are available within our secure basement parking garage, with lift access to the ground floor reception area and all accommodation levels throughout the hotel. We also offer select Hotel Rooms with wheelchair-accessibility that can interconnect with larger self-contained apartments if guests are travelling in a group.

Signage, including entrance doors to guest rooms, is marked with both tactile indicators and braille. Service dogs are welcome, and grassy areas suitable for their toileting are available at Salt Park, immediately opposite the resort’s entrance. The onsite restaurant ‘Seasons’ offers a QR code accessible menu for your convenience. 

Our resort incorporates a range of quiet areas, including the tranquil serenity of the Contemplation Gardens. While deservedly gaining popularity as a peaceful holiday hotspot, the surrounding Salt Village continues to retain a relaxed, quiet ambience on most occasions.
