Soak in European summer vibes amidst a backdrop of stunning oceanfront elegance. As you slip in for breakfast or a lazy beachside brunch, the breathtaking beach views and enticing aromas of freshly ground coffee and sizzling bacon stimulate your senses and awaken your spirit. Later in the day, a delectable tapas menu inspired by a fusion of the freshest local produce and Mediterranean influences transport your tastebuds to the Amalfi coast, and are perfect for cruisy afternoons or evenings of sharing and grazing. Our handcrafted cocktails are a highlight – our carefully curated and innovative drinks menu is sure to ignite and excite your senses! HYDE Paradiso is open daily for breakfast from 7 to 10:30am, and for lunch and dinner Wednesday to Saturday from noon til late.

Accessibility – Dining and Facilities

Peppers Soul offers a refined dining experience and first-class facilities that strive to cater for the access needs of all guests.

Lifts offer access to all levels of the hotel, including all dining, conference and guest facilities. These lifts provide good circulation space and are accessible to guests who are blind or have low vision, offering tactile and braille buttons as well as audio announcements. Walkways throughout the hotel are wide and level.

There is mixed seating at HYDE Paradiso, offering a degree of accessibility in the form of some seating with arms and backs. An online PDF menu is available at hydeparadiso.com.au/menu. The two heated swimming pools are unfortunately not wheelchair accessible. However, handrails beside the steps on both pools offer added stability when entering or exiting the pools if required.

Registered service dogs are welcome at the property, and The Secret Garden provides grassy areas suitable for their toileting.
