Boulevard North and The Breakers holiday apartments at Broadbeach are not currently included in the Accessible Visitor Guide. However, both properties have a genuine commitment to creating inclusive experiences. Onsite owner/managers and friendly staff are more than happy to discuss your individual requirements and endeavour to cater for your needs. Please contact these businesses directly for further information.

Most of the accommodation providers listed in this guide are accessible via self-drive, private transfers, shuttle buses and taxi or ride share services. Coastal communities are also well serviced by public transport. For ticketing and journey planning information please visit translink.com.au or call 13 12 30. Many accommodation providers also offer a concierge or tour booking service, and are happy to assist with transport enquiries and tour booking arrangements.

Queensland has strong laws in place concerning access rights for guide dogs, hearing dogs and other certified assistance animals assisting people with disabilities. These legislative rights entitle accredited animals assisting registered handlers full public access rights to all public places, public passenger vehicles and places of accommodation.

Assistance animal handlers please note that Big4 Gold Coast Holiday Park is a dog-friendly park, so domestic animals may be present. Domestic dogs are required to be kept on-leash in all areas (except the off-leash enclosure) and proof of current vaccination status is required at check-in. A copy of the resort’s dog policy can be found at goldcoastholidaypark.com.au/dog-policy. Quest Robina is also a pet-friendly hotel.
