  • Deluxe King and Twin Rooms

    Whether you’re travelling for work or leisure, Potters Hotel Toowoomba has a range of comfortable boutique style accommodation options right in the heart of the CBD.

    All our spacious rooms feature King Beds or King Twin Single configurations to accommodate your needs and promote a peaceful, well-earned rest at the end of the day. Timber flooring and modern décor in inviting earthy tones create a sense of welcoming warmth. They all feature modern ensuite bathrooms with walk-in showers and hair dryers, good natural lighting and sliding glass doors to enjoy the cool mountain breezes, and reverse cycle air-conditioning for year-round comfort. They also include tea and coffee making facilities, a sink, a small fridge and iron and ironing board. 50-inch smart TVs with Netflix access (from your own account) and free Wi-Fi ensure you remain connected and up-to-date with all the latest happenings. Amenities rooms are located on each level, containing shared laundry facilities and microwave for your convenience.

    Our Deluxe King rooms feature a king-sized bed and are perfect for romantic city escapes with your loved one, or indulgent comfort for solo travellers. These rooms are located on both levels, and include balconies with city views or small terraces overlooking the lush greenery of the surrounding garden area. Your outdoor area features a table and two chairs, perfect for enjoying a leisurely morning coffee or evening tipple, while indoors a comfortable armchair offers a great place to curl up with a book.

    Our Deluxe Twin Rooms offer the same facilities, but with a twin bedding configuration ideal for friends or colleagues travelling together. If you’re travelling with a third person, rollaway beds are available in all our Deluxe and Executive rooms for an additional cost.

    Executive King Rooms

    Travelling for business or need a little extra space to spread out? Our slightly larger executive rooms offer the comfort, conveniences and connectivity you need to ensure you put your best foot forward.

    Our spacious Executive Rooms are predominantly located on the second level. Along with all the creature comforts included in Deluxe Rooms, our executive suites feature a little extra space, a large workstation, and a Nespresso coffee machine to keep you fuelled for your busy day. A small table and chairs are located within your room.

    And after a long day of deals and deadlines, it’s nice to know that dinner is available downstairs in our onsite restaurant. Alternatively, request room service and get it delivered to your door so you can put your feet up and relax, or keep working on that urgent project.

    Two-Bedroom Apartments and Connecting Rooms

    If you’re staying a little longer or travelling with family or friends, our two Two-Bedroom Apartments are an ideal option.

    These fully self-contained rooms are located on the second level, and include two bedrooms, one bathroom and a spacious living room, accommodating up to six guests. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, while the second bedroom has twin single bedding configuration. The large living area includes a sofa bed if required. It also comes complete with workstation, dining table and chairs, comfortable couch and 50 inch smart TV with Netflix access and free Wi-Fi. Outside, a balcony offers city views, and a tranquil space to sit and watch the world go by.

    The kitchenette makes self-catering a walk in the park, with full-sized fridge, stovetop, microwave and tea and coffee making facilities and a Nespresso coffee machine. Our upstairs amenities room features 2 washers and dryers, meaning you can pack light and wash as often as you please.

    We also offer Connecting Rooms with an adjoining doorway, perfect for extended family, wedding parties or couples travelling together.

    Our apartments and connecting rooms will make you feel right at home, with the added benefit of inner-city convenience on your doorstep.

    Accessible Rooms

    AT Potters Hotel Toowoomba, we believe everyone deserves a holiday, irrespective of your access needs.

    We are pleased to offer four rooms designed with accessibility in mind for your comfort and convenience. These rooms are located on the ground floor, with easy and level access to dedicated accessible parking. Their positioning within the building allows the easiest possible access for all guests, including wheelchair users and those with limited mobility. While the room entry doors are just shy of 90 centimetres, we’ve had no issues welcoming guests utilising a wide variety of conventional and motorised wheelchairs.

    Accessible ensuites feature roll-in showers, shower chairs, grab rails and lots of room to manoeuvre. Two of these rooms can be interconnected, offering a great solution for family or carers accompanying guests with access requirements.

    These rooms feature the other standard inclusions of our Deluxe Rooms, but with thoughtful adaptations to make everyone’s stay as comfortable as possible.

    Accommodation Accessibility

    Dedicated accessible parking spaces are available to guests at the rear of the hotel, within close proximity to the Accessible Rooms. The restaurant and all common areas within the hotel are considered wheelchair accessible, with relatively wide doorways and predominantly level surfaces. Unisex accessible toilets are available to all guests and patrons in the corridor outside the restaurant and bar area for your convenience.

    Rooms on the second level are only accessible via stairs located at each end of the corridor. If you would prefer ground level accommodation, please make your request known at the time of booking and we’ll do our best to accommodate. Please note that Two-Bedroom Apartments are all located upstairs. There are three building entrances for easy access, and the staircase at the back of the building does feature a landing so guests can take a break while ascending to the second level.

    Registered service dogs and small domestic pets are welcome at our property. A grassy area suitable for their toileting is available out the front of the hotel. Pet stays will incur an additional $50 cleaning fee for the washing of carpets and bedding.

    Larger print menus are available at the onsite restaurant.

    Please note that check-in time is from 2pm and check-out time is by 10am.
