First impressions of our property from Margaret Street are of a modern hotel façade with hints of heritage charm. A stone-pillared fence with white railings creates an impressive entrance. The green shrubbery and neatly trimmed hedges of the front garden add an air of tidy tranquillity. The building itself exudes a contemporary feel, with modern design, white walls and dark grey accents.

As you step into reception, you’ll be greeted with a warm welcome that leaves you feeling instantly at home. The check-in counter is positioned to your left on entry. To your right, the beautifully styled reception area creates an inviting ambience, with modern décor in a neutral, earthy palette. Comfortable armchairs welcome you to relax and unwind – to read a magazine or ponder your next adventure. A large world map in muted brown tones adorns the wall, and the room is bathed in natural light flooding in from the front garden.

Adjacent to the reception is the onsite restaurant and bar, offering indoor or alfresco dining with a modern Australian menu. Between the two, a long corridor extends to your left, lined with guest rooms. Our boutique accommodation is spread across two levels along this corridor, with a set of steps at each end offering access to the second floor.

All our rooms feature king or twin single bedding configurations, depending on your preference. Accessibility – Overview

At Potters Hotel Toowoomba, we extend a warm welcome and strive to deliver a comfortable and accessible stay for all guests.

Our boutique style accommodation is conveniently located in the heart of the Toowoomba CBD at 258 Margaret Street. The ‘Garden City’ of Toowoomba is perched on the edge of the Great Dividing Range, about one-and-a-half hours’ drive west of the Queensland capital, Brisbane. Domestic flights are available to Toowoomba Wellcamp Airport, which is just a 20-minute drive down the road from our hotel. Regular bus services are also available from Brisbane CBD with Greyhound Australia and Murrays Coaches.

For those arriving by car, please feel free to pull into our driveway to undertake check-in. Alternatively, street parking is available directly in front of our hotel and restaurant. Once checked in, guest parking is provided close to your accommodation. There is a bus stop across the road on Margaret Street at Clifford Street, and local bus services 905 and 907 both can stop here. The restaurant and all common areas within the hotel are considered wheelchair accessible, with relatively wide doorways and predominantly level surfaces. Unisex accessible toilets are located in the corridor outside the restaurant and bar area for your convenience.

Registered service dogs and small domestic pets are welcome at our propertyA grassy area suitable for their toileting is available out the front of the hotel. Pet stays will incur an additional $50 cleaning fee for the washing of carpets and bedding.
