Come and experience good old-fashioned wholesome family fun at White Ridge Farm - Brisbane’s only hands-on farm experience.
Within minutes of the Brisbane metropolis yet feeling a world away from the stresses of city living, White Ridge Farm invites you to escape, relax and reconnect. Whether you’re looking for a fun family day out, or a venue for your next party or school excursion, White Ridge Farm can deliver a unique experience that’s sure to create lasting memories.
Hand-feed friendly llamas, have a photo taken with Gypsy the camel, or cuddle the cutest baby animals in the fully interactive animal areas. Go for a bumpy, bouncy tractor ride or miniature train ride, enjoy a fun round of mini-golf suitable for all ages, or simply relax and enjoy the fresh air and wide-open spaces while the kids run and play on the lush green grass.
Owners David and Katrina have thoughtfully created this farm to allow people of all ages, abilities and walks of life to immerse their senses in the sights, sounds, smells and serenity of country living. Take a breath, slow down, and rediscover the simple pleasures of life.
White Ridge Farm is located just a few minutes from Caboolture, within easy reach of both Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast. It is open to visitors from 9am to 3pm Wednesday to Sunday, seven days during school holidays, and is closed on Queensland public holidays. Daily admission (including concessional rates) and annual passes are available for purchase at the ticket box onsite.

Friendly farm animals
From furry rabbits to fluffy chickens, you’re sure to fall in love with the friendly animals of White Ridge Farm.
After purchasing your admission from the ticket box at the entrance, you will be handed a bucket of animal food and provided with simple instructions on how to feed the animals. You are then invited to explore the farm at your leisure.
Gypsy the dromedary camel is always eager to welcome visitors, posing for photos with a wide curving mouth that seems set in a permanent smile.
The baby animal interactive area Is another very popular attraction for visitors of all ages. Cuddle a guinea pig and run a brush through the soft fur of fluffy rabbits, Sit and cradle the baby chicks, tickle the smooth tummies of cute-as-a-button piglets and listen for the quacking of curious ducks. Farmers are on hand in interactive areas to answer your questions and share interesting insights about the animals.
In the outside paddock, you can make friends with Babe the miniature pig. She loves to watch all the action on the nearby mini-golf course and score a scratch behind her big, shaggy ears as you wander past her pen. Throughout the farm, a range of paddocks provide a comfortable home for a variety of other farm animals. Listen out for the gentle bleating of mixed breeds of goats and sheep. Or, for a quieter experience, visit the llama and alpaca paddocks for a chance to hand-feed these shy, sensitive creatures. Meet best friends Addie the miniature chestnut horse and Pete the Jerusalem donkey (who has the loudest voice on the farm). Say g’day to the galah, and chuckle at the singing, dancing antics of a multitude of multi-coloured birds.

Mini golf, tractor and train rides
To explore the farm in true country style, climb aboard the tractor-drawn wagon for a fun-filled adventure accompanied by full audio commentary, a few corny dad jokes and an exciting game of farm-style Spotto. Pulled by a bright green and yellow John Deere tractor, this bumpy, bouncy tour takes you through the back paddocks of the farm, lasting just under 10 minutes. What surprises will you discover along the way?
Then listen for the toot of a train whistle ringing out across the countryside. All aboard the miniature farm train for a relaxed ride through the Aussie bush!
Or perhaps try your hand at a game of putt-putt on our 9-hole mini-golf course set beneath the shade of towering gum trees. This family-friendly course is sure to be a real hit with the kids! There’s even small clubs for pint-sized putters, making the course ideal for players of all ages. You can ask Babe the miniature pig to keep score, but she’ll probably only reply with a snort if you ask how your game was!
Family fun for everyone!
With three large undercover seating areas overlooking the children’s playground, White Ridge Farm is also a great place to enjoy a leisurely lunch with family or friends. Pack your own picnic or purchase a simple snack from the ticket box. There’s plenty of entertainment for the kids with climbing frames, slides, balance beams and monkey bars to burn off extra energy. There’s even a fossil-dig sandpit to excavate in search of hidden treasures, or a traditional sandpit where you can map out your very own farm.
For littlies who like to choose their own adventure, there’s a fleet of Little Tikes cars available to zoom around the sealed farm paths.
White Ridge Farm also provides an action-packed venue perfect for parties. Share the fun with friends with one of our pre-arranged party packages, or get the gang together and do it yourself. Groups are welcome.

Accessibility
White Ridge Farm have a strong focus on delivering an inclusive visitor experience, and warmly welcome guests of all abilities to their beautiful property. The White Ridge Farm team have undertaken accessibility training and are happy to assist visitors with special needs wherever possible. Companion cards are accepted, allowing free entry for a carer assisting people with disabilities.
The farm is conveniently located at 130 Hamilton Road, Elimbah, just a short five-minute drive from Caboolture in north Brisbane. Accessible parking is available at the property. Given its rural nature, there is no public transport available to the farm itself. However, regular train services run from Brisbane city stations to Caboolture Train Station, which is approximately 10 minutes away by taxi or ride share.
Accredited dog guides are welcome at the property, but handlers are requested to give the farm 48 hours’ notice prior to visiting, in order to allow staff to make any necessary accommodations to ensure a safe and enjoyable visit for all. Grassy areas suitable for toileting dog guides are available. There are tactile indicators on the entrance to the ticket counter, and braille signage on accessible bathrooms which are located near the Party Barn.
The property itself is wheelchair accessible, with bitumen paths leading to most attractions throughout the farm. However, please note the mini-golf course, tractor ride and train ride are not presently accessible to wheelchair users.
