While not accessible via public transport, the hotel is conveniently located less than 20 minutes from Launceston Airport and within 15 minutes’ walk of the CBD. Taxi and ride share services are readily available at the airport and throughout the city centre.

Accessible parking bays are located near the entrance. The hotel, restaurant and day spa are all wheelchair accessible, with flat surfaces, wide doorways and elevators providing ease of access to all areas throughout the hotel. A selection of Gorge River and Gorge River Deluxe rooms have been designed to provide access for wheelchair users and those with limited mobility. Registered assistance dogs are warmly welcomed at the property. A large grassy area suitable for toileting assistance dogs is located right outside the building, next to the river. To access it, exit the hotel on the first level, or ask the friendly staff at reception for directions. Reception is open 24 hours, and a handy tour booking service is also available, ensuring help is available when you need it. Tactile indicators are located throughout the hotel before stairs and at entryways.
