POTTERS HOTEL TOOWOOMBA

At Potters Hotel Toowoomba, we extend a warm welcome and strive to deliver a comfortable and accessible stay for all guests. 

Our boutique style accommodation is conveniently located in the heart of the Toowoomba CBD at 258 Margaret Street. The ‘Garden City’ of Toowoomba is perched on the edge of the Great Dividing Range, about one-and-a-half hours’ drive west of the Queensland capital, Brisbane. Domestic flights are available to Toowoomba Wellcamp Airport, which is just a 20-minute drive down the road from our hotel. Regular bus services are also available from Brisbane CBD with Greyhound Australia and Murrays Coaches.

For those arriving by car, please feel free to pull into our driveway to undertake check-in. Alternatively, street parking is available directly in front of our hotel and restaurant. Once checked in, guest parking is provided close to your accommodation. There is a bus stop across the road on Margaret Street at Clifford Street, and local bus services 905 and 907 both can stop here. The restaurant and all common areas within the hotel are considered wheelchair accessible, with relatively wide doorways and predominantly level surfaces. Unisex accessible toilets are located in the corridor outside the restaurant and bar area for your convenience. 

Four accessible guest rooms are located on the ground floor, close to designated accessible parking spaces. For a more detailed description of our accessible rooms, please refer to our ‘Boutique Accommodation’ audio guide. Please note that the second-floor rooms are accessible via stairs only.

Registered service dogs and small domestic pets are welcome at our propertyA grassy area suitable for their toileting is available out the front of the hotel. Pet stays will incur an additional $50 cleaning fee for the washing of carpets and bedding.
